How to add Google Custom Search to Blogger (Blogspot) blog?

     

      (1)   Go to Google Custom Search and log in there.

      (2)  Click on ‘New search engine’ and enter your blog details.

      (3)  Now click on ‘CREATE’ and it’s done. You have got a congratulations message.

      (4)  Click on ‘Edit search engine’. Here you can fully customize your search engine.

      (5)  Now click on ‘Setup’ and enter your search engine name and keywords related to your blog.

      (6)  Click on ‘Make money’ and fill up the details to integrate your adsense account.

      (7)  Go to ‘Look and feel’, here you can play with colors and layouts of your search engine. Make it as you want.

      (8)  Click on ‘Search features’, enable and add promotional ad which will be shown at the top of your results.

      (9)  Now go to ‘setup’, click on ‘Get code’ and copy it.

     (10)Go to Blogger dashboard and then ‘Layout’.

     (11)   Click on ‘Add a Gadget’.

     (12)  Select ‘HTML/Javascript’ and paste the code in the box.

     (13)  Now click on ‘Save’ and it’s done. Drag it to the place where you want to it.

Now you have successfully added ‘Google Custom Search’ in your Blogger (Blogspot) blog.
